Jordan Valley
Miriam runs a family-owned Medjool date palm orchard in the Jordan Valley. Dates are hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried using traditional methods.
Western Negev
A cooperative of 12 farmers growing chia, flax, and sunflower seeds in the western Negev desert. Drip irrigation and certified organic practices since 2009.
Rosh Pina, Galilee
Father-and-daughters team baking small-batch granola. Every batch starts with locally-sourced oats and our own raw honey from kibbutz hives.
Golan Heights
Premium pistachios grown at 800m elevation in volcanic soil. Family-owned for 4 decades. Hand-shelled and dry-roasted in small batches.

Sun-loving sunflower fields covering 80 hectares. Cold-pressed sunflower oil and roasted seeds are our specialty since 1995.
Tel Aviv (Direct Trade)
Direct trade partnership with Vietnamese cashew co-ops. Itai personally visits farms every spring to source whole, premium W240 grade cashews.
Upper Galilee
Sarahs walnut grove was planted by her grandfather in 1958. Each tree is named. Cold-cracked to preserve the omega-3 oils that go rancid with heat.
Jerusalem
Bean-to-bar dark chocolate maker working with Ecuadorian and Ghanaian cacao co-ops. Stone-ground for 72 hours for ultra-smooth texture.
Carmel Mountains
Naomi keeps 200 hives across wild Carmel mountain meadows. Raw, unfiltered honey by season: spring wildflower, summer eucalyptus, autumn jujube.
Lower Galilee
Eli presses Syrian and Souri olives the day they are picked. Single-estate, cold-extracted EVOO and Kalamata-style cured table olives.
Sharon Plain
Specialty Styrian pumpkin variety grown for the seeds — naked-hulled and roasted with sea salt or chili-lime in small batches weekly.
Beit Shean Valley
Slow-dried figs and apricots without sulphur dioxide. Trees are over 30 years old and produce smaller, sweeter fruit than commercial varieties.
Judean Highlands
Pioneering Israeli quinoa cultivation since 2015. Three varieties: white, red, and tri-color. Triple-washed and saponin-free.
Nablus Region (Partnership)
Stone-ground 100% Ethiopian Humera sesame tahini. Working with multi-generation Palestinian millers to bring the most authentic recipe to market.
Arava Desert
Pioneering superfruit cultivation in arid conditions. Goji berries are dried within 4 hours of picking to preserve antioxidants.
Direct from Sri Lanka
Direct partnership with Sri Lankan coconut farms. Cold-pressed coconut oil, raw cacao nibs, and shredded coconut — fair trade certified.

Heritage chickpea varieties grown for premium hummus production. Stone-cleaned and aged in cool storage for superior cooking quality.
Judean Hills
Heritage carob trees, some over 100 years old. Roasted carob powder is a caffeine-free chocolate alternative rich in calcium and fiber.

Cooperative of 8 small farmers growing organic lentils, mung beans, and adzuki beans. Pre-soaked and quick-cook varieties available.
